Audit and advice
We can help keep your kitchen clean and within health and safety regulations by offering a full survey of your kitchen duct and ventilation system.
We’ll supply you with a free audit which will advise you on what cleaning requirements are needed, timescale and a cost based on the work required ( including any access panels required )
Once the work has been completed, we will supply you with a “Post check pack” which will detail the work completed and have accompanying photographic evidence.
We will also provide a TR19 certificate of cleanliness; these are all requirements that you will need to provide your insurance company.
Roof Damage
Do you look at your roof and see the moss growing in the tile joints, ever wondered what damage this could do to your roof, as it spreads under the tiles causing them to lift or crack. This could let in water which in turn could damage the joists over time.
Also, the lichen and algae spreading across the roof tiles, we can clean this using a low pressure, high temperature steam that will remove all the growth from the roof without causing any damage to the tiles unlike pressure washing.
This will clean the tiles and kill off any spores hiding between the joints then we will apply a biocide to remove and remaining spores and provide a protection going forwards for up to 5 years
